What Does Sharp Pain And Soreness On The Right Side Of Body Suggest?

I m having a very sharp pain on the right side of my body. Most of the pain is at the bottom tip of my right rib cage and it feels like there is a bubble behind it . it hurts to inhale deeply, sneeze, cough or even blow my nose. I don t know what to do and its keeping me up at nigh . The first few days my pain was at a 10. It has mild alot but I can still feel the bubble and its very sore and tender . please help!
