What Does Sharp Pain In Chest With Heart Burn Indicate?

I have a sharp pain that comes and goes, only lasting a second or two. It is in my right chest right below my chest muscle. I have had stomach problems lately (heart burn). I have also gained about 20 pounds in the last year (6'1"/190lbs.). It doesn't seem to bother me when breathing, just if I move the wrong way. Can you tell me what this is please?
