What Does Sharp Pain Under The Eye Suggest?

Hello i have been dealing with this for several years to where now i hardly can hear went to hearing test thy ruled that out. Then vision worse bifocals , i get light headed at times , sharp stabbing pain rt under eye then like a tmj pain on jaw . Was given steriod spray for nose antibotics ear drops none thg works dr says all blood test great and just gives me a look like im nuts
