What Does Shortness Of Breath After A Car Accident Indicate?

I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago where I was rear-ended at the car going 30mph. I ve noticed a shortness of breath and feelings of not getting enough air pretty often. Should I be concerned or could it be normal allergies since Spring is in the air?
