What Does Shortness Of Breath And Blood In Cough After Anesthesia Suggest?

I had a heart ablation one month ago and had general anesthesia . I have been short of breath and coughing very small amounts of blood. this has been going on for 4 weeks. Before the procedure I did not have these symptoms. I do have mild emphysema. I had a chest x ray and all was ok except it showed the emphysema. and interstitial markings that showed on past chest x rays. My blood oxygen is 91-92 sitting up and laying down 88. before the surgery blood oxygen was around 94. lung specialist put me on Spiriva and said I probably apserated after surgery because I came down with a bad chest infection and might have some trama to my trachea from the anesthesia. Im on eliquis and my question is how long can this take to heal after surgery.
