What Does Single Cord Around Fetus Neck In Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor,I am 33 weeks 6 days pregnant and i am 27 years old. Last evening, i went for ultrasound scan ( Interval growth) in the report its mentioned as Single cord around the neck. Is it harmful for the fetus? will it lead to C- section, what s the solution for this ? Please advice me.
