What Does Slight Pain With Clicking Noise While Bending The Wrist Suggest?

Hi, my wrist has slight pain bending it back and forth. It makes this loud and slightly painful clicking noise when I press it down. Whenever I right I have to stop after a while to let my wrist test unless it s in a lot of pain. I don t know if it s normal or not. I play volleyball and I sat out last practice but I m not sure if I should participate tomorrow. Please help
