What Does Small Dots On Penis Imply?

hi doctor,
i am from uae....i am 28 years old....in my +2 timing my neighbour use me for oral sex....after 3.5 years my under foreskin is something white stuff and i saw a doctor...he gave me anti fungal cream and it cleared now...but after 4 or 5 years my penis have very small tiny dots...not itching not pain...but i am so worried about that...ps give me reply doctor
