What Does Small Hard Lumps Outside Vagina Indicate?

I noticed 3-4 small hard lumps outside my vaginal wall. They seem to be in the rectal wall area. They are not painful. I have been extremely constipated. I haven't had a bowel movement in over 2 weeks and when I tried to feel for the lump in the rectal area there was blood
