Your opinion on the following report: a well defined oval shaped soft tissue density lesion is seen at the superior mediastinum paratracheal in location. where it is seen indenting and possibly involving directly in right side. it measures 2.1x3.1x5 cm along its maximum AP. transverse and C.C. dimension respectively. Other bilateral basal pulmonary nodules are noted, the largest is at the posterior left basal segment measuring 2.2 cm in diameter. Some of the nodules are intra-pulmonary, others are subpleural. no pleural or pericardial sac collections. no gross cardiomegaly. normal CT appearence of the great neck vessels on non contrast basis. MULTIPLE left lower neck and apical axillary small lymph nodes. Unremarkable upper abdominal sections. N.B. Prominent breast parenchymal tissue at the right upper inner aspect for clinical correlation. Impression: rIGHT PARA-TRACHEAL SOFT TISSUE density lesions with apparent tracheal involvement and bulging together with bilateral basal.
