What Does Sonogram Showing Benign Appearing In Breast Indicate?

I found a lump in my breast over 6 months ago. At that time I had a sonogram and mamogram both came back normal. I just had my 6 month follow up, the mamogram came back normal and the sonogram shows that I have a benign appearing finding in my breast. What does this mean?
