What Does Sore Rash On Stomach Indicate?

Hello, I been a little distraught and anxious of a "sore" rash type sympton on my stomach, at first i thought it was a wart or somthing along those lines, as it had a small smooth raised spot like feeling. This has been on my stomach for a good 2year now, it aint grown in size, and it seems to be only there on my body. I'd like clarification or peace of mind before i took this to my local GP, what could it be or what is it, stomach been very limited to sun exposure over the years, never burnt.
