What Does Sorenss And Bad Odor From Breasts Mean?

i have noticed that i have an oudor or smell coming from my breasts, it smells like the horrid smell when you have had a baby and your milk is drying up, i was daily and also they have both been very sore for about 2 months somedays worse than others. is this normal, im 34 and i have always suffered from vaginal bleeding which has recently started to return to a normal routine.
