What Does Sperm Count- 40million And Motility-30% For Fertility Indicate?

i am 28 years old married 21 years girl 4 yaers ago but we have no baby yet and i have found Varicocele in left and after surgical correction i have got 40 million count and 30% Motility and my wife is perfectly all right. Recently in prasnth hospital we have done IUI treatment two times but we have got negative results so pls suggest is there any chance of fertility?
