What Does Spotting Mean Before Your Period?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello doc, I am 34 yrs old female and I had couple of polyps in my uterus and got them removed some 6 -7 months back. After that my period of kinda regular (but it came like once in 45 days). My period is due only by feb 14 and couple of days back I started spotting brown and there is no pain associated with it
Could it be related to polyps popping up again ?
I am worried.
