What Does Spotting When On Birth Control Pills Indicate?

I have double up on my pill what I mean is im on the second month without a period I didn't take the surgar pills had sex 5 days ago still have a good week of blue pills left NOT the sugar pills and im spotting ive been under a lot of stress and been workin 15 hrs .....or am I pregnant ???
