What Does Spurring In The Acromioclavicular Clavicular Joint Mean?

i have spurring in the acromioclavicular clavicular joint and spur on the inferior acrumion spur in the inferior humeral head and calcifacation on the insertion rotator tendons what does that mean excuse the spelling i dont need surgery to fix this right?
