What Does Sticky Milky Discharge From Nipples After Periods Mean?

First I should tell you about my menstruation cycle.



In month of August it started on 10th and last till 19th.



I had unprotected sex on 20th August.



In month of September it started on 10th and last till 19th. (It was 10 days prior from my usual cycle)



Second I should tell you about the per menstruation symptoms



Tenderness in Breast

Pain in lower abs and back



lastly my query



From 22nd of September both my breast's nipples are having sticky milky discharge on pressing them.

There is no pain or bad smell.



I am worried what is wrong with me. Please help.
