What Does Stinging Nostril And Throat While Having Cold Suggest?

Ok so ive had a cold or something for about 3 days now and i just blew my nose. But now whenever I breath my right nostril like stings but it feels like it s in my throat too. Its not the most comfortable situation. Do you have any clue whats going on?
