What Does Stinging Pain In Tailbone Post Pelvic Prolapse Surgery Mean?

Had pelvic prolapse surgery 7 weeks ago. Terrible tailbone pain! Feels raw and stinging besides just regular hurting there. They did a ct scan and it was normal. Hurts to sit or lay flat. Could you give your thoughts? It actually feels like a pilonidall cyst. Doctor doesn t see anything. All I know is it started after my surgery
