What Does Strand Of Hair From Anus Indicate?

Hi I just experienced something very weird and embarrassing . I was using the bathroom and as I'm wiping my front( habit where I look between my legs as I wipe) and back I notice a really long strand of hair hanging between my legs and went to pull it and I can feel it coming out my butt . Is this normal ? Should I be alarmed ? How does this happen?
