What Does Swelling After Lumpectomy Indicate?

I had a lumpectomy last week and still have a lot of swelling. I also have no feeling in the lower half of my breast. There is a red and white marble looking area that has a hard white center in it. The marbled area is about the size of a fifty cent piece. Is it anything to worry about?
