What Does Swollen And Painful Collarbone Indicate?

I have tightness along the left side of my neck from my ear to collarbone and it feels swollen. I currently have congestion however the tightness and swollen feeling started before the congestion. I also have had migratory joint pain on my left side since December primarily in shoulder, hip and knee. This has also included pressure tingling around left eye. I also have been experiencing a pressure/ sensation in my left abdomen since October 2014. So far blood tests have been negative for RA and Lymes. I also had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, adominal ultrasound and pelvic ultrasound- all normal.
