What Does Swollen Glands On Neck, Muscle Pain With Fatigue Mean?

hi, im 15 male and ive got slightly swollen glands on my left hand side, and on my neck.. they are quit sore when i move my jaw, and i also have aching hinges when i move my arms and legs, i feel tired also. I only got the sore jaw today though, and i have had mumps before so i doubt its that, any suggestions?
