What Does Swollen, Itchy, Burning Eyelid Suggest?

hi, today I woke up with a very swollen eyelid. I thought it was nothing but as the day went on it was itchy and burned a little. I used to be allergic to fish and stayed away from it for a while and was cleared a couple years ago but still haven't eaten it. Well I ate rice last night that was contaminated from the fish. I was fine last night, but woke up with this eye thing. I don't know if this is an allergic reaction, or pinkeye, or just irritation.
