What Does Swollen Lymph Nodes On Neck, Migraine And Blurred Vision Mean?

I have had one swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck since Monday night. Last night, however, I noticed two more: one on the left and one on the right. This past week, I have not had an appetite for food and this morning, I have a migraine with blurred vision on the left side.
