What Does Swollen Lymph Nodes With Weight Loss And Fatigue Indicate?

I have had lymphadenopathy in my neck and collarbones since August with unexplained weight loss and fatigue. The fatigue and weight loss stopped (though I never gained the weight back). Then three weeks ago I had a lymph node swell in my left armpit and am experiencing fatigue and no appetite - what is most likely going on?
