What Does Swollen Sacs Formation Near Anus Imply?

Hi. i have swollen, large, purple sacs all around my anus. my husband cheated on me and gave me hsv2. i have a chronic case that hasnt responded to meds. so ive been in constant breakout for the last year. are these symptoms related? and what are the purple things? thank you!
