What Does Tender Breasts, Pain Near C Section Scar And Burning Ovary Mean?

hi been ttc. had an unusual bleed day 1(17/1/2011) was like normal period day 2 was lighter then stopped on day 3 normal period last 5-6 days done pregnancy test prior to bleed which was negative but breasts still tender and been getting pains across my c section scar and burning feeling over right ovary
