How high is dangerously high for blood pressure? I'm a 43 year old with hypertension, 157/89 right now. Recently I had a blood vessel or artery burst because of high blood pressure, and I'm keeping a good eye on it but I don't know when I should panic and go to the ER. How high is too high?
