What Does The CT Urogram Result Suggest?

My CT Urogram shows a small cyst measuring 5 mm in the interpolar region on the left and another one on the upper pole. No definite renal mass is documented. There is preserved contrast excretion in single bilateral ureters and preserved distal ureters and bladder filling. What does this mean? do I need surgery to remove the cysts?
