My father age:66 had a severe heart attack (bradycardia)and undergone angioplasty afterwards. Consultant report he had 80% disease in distal LAD, 80% in non-dominant RCA & proximal 100% occlusion in LCX. PCI to LCX done with IABP support (removed after 2 days). Now Echo shows- Type-3 diastolic dysfunction, Mild mitral regurgitation, trivial aortic regurgitation. What can be done further for disease in LAD & RCA (as above). And is the condition stable looking to Echo?
