What Does The Absence Of Periods After Ovulation Indicate?

hi.. am 29yr. i hav irregular periods tht resently lead to anemia.. av been under treatment for the last 5months with norethisterogen 5mg dialon500mg and also daflon 500mg. today is my 42day since i last saw my periods after the docter stoped my medication.but i experience ovulation. what could be the problem? please help me understand. thank you.
