What Does The Absence Of Withdrawal Bleeding After Taking I Pill Mean?

i had my last periods around 3 jan...my bf just touched around my vagina and then cum..outside it..but i took i pill(before 1 day in my normal periods routine on 31 jan). its 9th day since i had i pill but i didnt have any bleeding yet??what happened why there is no withdrawal bleeding??
