What Does The Angiogram Report Indicate?

Sir I I am 56 years old .Recently i have undergone Angiogram. It was dectected as Type 3 vessel 20-30 % palque noted in proximal and mild LAD. and advised to take Tab Ecosprin AV (75/10) in night. I want to know whether its a serious one.whether is there any procedure or medicine to completely cure the same. I need advise Regards N RAMAKRISHNAN YYYY@YYYY
