What Does The Chest X Ray Result Indicate?

I have a really bad sinus cold and chest cold. Went to Urgent Care and they took Xrays and found shadow on left lung, had chest xray in Oct and everything was ok. The nurse thought I might have a little Pneumonia in my left lung. The X ay who was just out of training didn't seem to think so. He named several things he found on X Ray. A Linear Tubular opacity in the left inferior perihilar region could represent a prominent airway, possibly a mucous plugging. The remainder of the lungs are clear. The Tech. said this may be a prominent perihilar blood vessel, or a thickened opacified, or dilated airway, No pneumothorax was seen. He found some cholecystectomy clips in the right upper quadrant of the abfdomen due to gallbladder in 1972. I am out of state and can't see my doctor until I go home around of Jan. I would like you medical opinion on this as I am worried. I feel it is a touch of pneuonia and I got the impression the nurse felt the same way. Please advise. Thank you.
