What Does The Chest X Ray Result Indicate?

Hi doc., my chest xray result is that i had ptb that was the first doctor who examined on the 2nd doctor to examine me he told me that it was just a scar from previous infection who had just healed over time is it possible that the infection healed without taking medicines to cure .. Or it is just a wrong second opinion
