What Does The Equivocal With Level Of 10 Mean?

Hi I am 36 yrs old and had my last period on the 15th April 2011 and got a beta hcg blood test done on the 27th may 2011 and it came back "equivocal" with levels of 10, i then repeated the test 2 days later on the 29th and it came back the same with a level of 10. Im guess im not pregnant but not sure what this means? please help
