What Does The Follicular Study Report On The 13th Day Indicate?

I have PCOS from last 5 years. I was taking Krimson-35 and glyciphase-500. Last month , I have stopped Krimson-35 and continue glyciphase-500. The I have done all types of hormone,USG and HSG test. My LH, FSH, T3, T4, Prolactine, Testosterone reports are normal. HSG reports are also normal. No cyst are shown in USG reports. The size of RO is 2.7X1.8 cm and LO is 2.9X1.9 cm. But my 11th day and 13th day follicular study shows MSF in both overies. I am worried about that...
