What Does The Following BP And Pulse Level Indicate?

Im on blood presure medicine. Went to the doctor today and they changed my medicine because it was high at the appointment. They havd me doing the sleep study the next three nights. I have not been feeling well all day.Check my blood pressue and its been 123/77.....119/72. No im going to bed andfeel tired/groggy. Checked my pressure again and its 116/57 pulse 42 and 113/50 pulse 42. Im scared to go to sleep?
