What Does The Following BP Levels Indicate?

My son is 18 and he is healthy, but we were all checking our blood pressure the other night and his wa 161/84 We checked it again 20 minutes later and it was 181/I can't remember the bottom number. He went the doctor today and he is testing my sons blood and urine, but mentioned that it could have something to do with his kidneys. I am so concerned. The only thing he really should cut out is : cokes He is overall healthy
