What Does The Following CT Scan Report Indicate?

CT of the soft tissue neck with and without contrast. Multiple prominent lymph nodes within the jugulodigastric regions of the neck bilaterally. The largest seen is adjacent to the angle of the left mandible and measures 1.1 cm in transverse dimension which is slightly enlarged by CT criteria. These may represent reactive lymph nodes. another possibility less likely is lymphoma.
