What Does The Following CT Scan Report Indicate?

I'm on morphine due to debilitating stomach and back pain. Here are my CT results. What does all of this mean. Should I see a gastro or urologist. Punctate calculus in the left kidney, The urinary bladder is mildly distended. Both ureteral jets are noted. There is a 2.0 x 1.5 x 1.4 cm cyst midpole right kidney, which would correspond to the hypodensity described on recent CT examination.
