CT Report revealed soft tissue opacification filling both ancillary sinuses. Focal opacity in the right anterior ethnic air cells. Left osteomeatal complex is blocked. Nasal septum is slightly deviated to right side. Bilateral inferior ruminate hypertrophy and paradoxical right middle ruminate noted.
