What Does The Following FNA Report Indicate?

Hi, pathology report of FNA of thyroid nodule states "the preparation shows follicular cells a few with Hurthle cell change, scant colloid, lymphocytes and macrophages."

I have been told this is benign.

Would you consider thyroid removal with such a report?
