What Does The Following LFT Report Indicate?

Hi, im a 34 year old mother of two. Im diagnosed with UC and PSC since age of 14. I just found out my blood results are for S-ASAT 3.20 S-ALAT 6.27 S-ALP 6.3 S-GAMMA-GT 3.82. My question is how serious is this result? I have rashes and some sweating in the mornings and get tired often. Im not taking any medications except for my high blood pressure and thyroids (removed it all in early age of 20 s). How do i know what stage im in? What treaments should be done now on? How big is the risk for liver transplant? Also what can i do to help my liver, foodwise, lifestyle? Can liv 52 help or any other alternative if so which? Also i have severe back pain in the mornings is this related to any above? Thank you for your time.
