What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor Rynne. I was in a car accident last November 3rd and I had an MRI. This is what the problem is C5-6 ventral syndesmotyte is present. The diffuse bulge with a super imposed central non-clarified protusion. Indenting the thecal sac NOT quite touching the cord. It also adds that there 3 more Disc bulges NOT close to the cord. I am not a Doctor but when I read Not QUITE TOUCHING THE CORD. I am alittle nervous. What does this mean?
