What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, My age is 30yrs.
MRI findings are below for Cervical Spine:

Alignment is normal.

Cervical Vertebral bodies, pedicles, laminae, spinous processes and transverse processes are normal.

Multilevel anterior marginal Osteophytes and disc dessication seen.

Disc bulge seen at C2-C3 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation with no significant spinal canal or bilateral neural foraminal compromise.

Disc bulges seen at C3-C4 & C4-C5 levels causing ventral thecal sac indentation and mild left neural foraminal narrowing.

Disc bulge seen at C5-C6 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.

Facet joints and flaval ligaments are normal.

Uncovertebral joints are normal.

Pre and Paravertebral soft tissues are normal.

Cervical cord shows signal characteristics.

Craniovertebral junction is normal.

Rest of canal diameters are normal.

No evidence of significant disc bulges.

The above is MRI report of Cervical Spine.

I have been suffering from neck pain for 7months. I used to go for gym before this pain starts. I am in teaching field. Height: 175cm and Weight: 74kg.

I would like to know the reasons which may cause this pain and impressions shown in report.

And also what is the treatment should I undergo to recover from this asap.
