Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
C3-C4: Desiccation dehydration of the intervertebral disc is present. There is a asymmetric broad-based protrusion extending more towards the left and right side. This creates a moderate degree of left and mild to moderate degree of right inferior neural foraminal compromise. There is decreased the AP diameter thecal sac. Endplate hypertrophic changes accompany this finding. No significant spinal stenosis
C4-C5: Dehydration the disc, mild annular bulging with minimal endplate hypertrophic changes are present. No neuroforaminal compromise or spinal stenosis.
C5-C6: There is endplate irregularity, loss of disc space, endplate edema and fatty changes. There is an asymmetric protrusion. Greater towards the left than right side. This creates a moderate to severe left and moderate degree of right inferior neural foraminal compromise. There is decreased the AP diameter thecal sac creating a borderline degree spinal stenosis. No significant cord compression or myelomalacia currently seen.
C6-C7: There is loss of disc space, broad-based bulging and a subtle tear of the disc annulus/Sharpy's fibers which appears contained. This creates decreased the AP diameter thecal sac without significant spinal stenosis. There is moderate right and mild to moderate left inferior neural foraminal compromise.
C7-T1: Dehydration the disc with mild bulging is present without spinal stenosis or exiting nerve compromise.
