What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Hi. I had an MRI that shows 3-4 lesions. I had this due to my mom being diagnosed w/ MS recently and experiencing the same sort of general fatigue and fogginess she has felt for years. I also lately have a tingling in my head/face--which follows a lot of stress actually surrounding her diagnosis.
Anyways, it was explained to me that the lesions present on my MRI are not in typical placement for MS. I'm wondering if I still need to be concerned and what else this could be? Thank-you.
